Why did you decide to take this fellowship up?

The fellowship presented an opportunity to work with people on the other side of the table. The description of the fellowship piqued my interest and came at a time when I was looking to understand the world of VC’s, it also gave me an opportunity to learn the ropes from the people with significant experience in the field.  An opportunity to work with this density of people of this calibre doesn’t come around very often and I wasn’t going to pass it up. As someone who intends to start up at some point, I can’t think of a better place to spend my next two years and broaden my perspective while gaining invaluable experience.

What are your areas of interest?

My broad areas of interest are Technology, Finance and Marketing. More specifically in Technology, I have an interest Human Computer Interaction, Crowdsourcing models, Market Networks and Artificial Intelligence. Marketing and Finance are 2 areas in which I aim to gain competency over the next two years.

What do you do when you’re not at KStart?

I’m passionate about reading, I read quite a bit. I’ve started maintaining a blog where I write about pretty much anything I can think of. I’ve been a quizzer since I was in 5th grade and it is something I continue to participate in for leisure. I love watching football, I’m a huge Manchester United fan.
